Comprehensive design services, from feasibility analysis through permit approvals were provided for a 60,000 sf mixed use, development on Route 9 and Indian Meadow Road. Extensive wetland constraints required our designers to incorporate creative site planning and drainage control techniques. Access from a state highway required permit approvals from the MEPA unit of the Executive Office of Environmental Affairs and the Massachusetts Highway Department. This first class office space is now fully occupied by Applix Software.
