WDA worked with Studio Troika Architects to help transform a 7.5-acre underutilized site on Route 60, Squire Road, in Revere and partially in Malden, into a state-of-the-art Harley-Davidson dealership. Our involvement began with delineating wetland resource areas along the adjacent Town Line Brook Canal, a tidal flowage, and conducting topographic and boundary surveys to establish site constraints.

Collaborating closely with the Studio Troika team, we developed building footprints, optimized parking layouts, and redesigned curb cuts to enhance traffic flow and improve access and egress safety. The design also incorporated an exterior sales area to showcase new and used motorcycles.

WDA’s scope included the preparation of comprehensive site design plans, grading and drainage plans, and landscape and lighting plans. We also managed permit applications for site plan review and work within the buffer zone and Riverfront Area of Town Line Brook Canal. We completed our work with as-built surveys to document that the work was completed in accordance with our design plans

The project was well-received by the City, and today, its raised marquee sign serves as a prominent landmark for passing vehicles on Route 60.
