WDA provided full site plan and permitting services for two sites located on either side of Route 119 | 2A. To the north is the new home of Acton Toyota of Littleton. The former location of Littleton Flick and a retail | office building was redeveloped to accommodate the new 55,000 square foot dealership and storage for 600 vehicles. The site was designed to maximize visibility of the vehicle display area while maintaining a large area of existing vegetation. To the south is Orchard Square, a previously undeveloped site, that now contains approximately 32,000 square feet of retail and a restaurant in two separate buildings. WDA worked closely with the Town to provide a plan that is appropriate for rural Littleton.
