With over 30 years of experience in civil engineering, Barry Yaceshyn has built a career around delivering innovative and effective engineering solutions across a wide range of projects. His expertise spans project planning, design, cost estimation, permitting, and construction administration, ensuring that every project is executed with precision and efficiency. Barry is known for his ability to guide technical teams, manage multidisciplinary projects, and navigate complex regulations and environmental challenges—all while keeping client goals front and center.


Engineering Expertise and Leadership

Barry’s experience includes overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from conceptual planning to final construction. He brings a hands-on approach to construction administration and has successfully managed projects across commercial, residential, and institutional sectors. His technical skills in utilizing design software to create project drawings, renderings, and schematic details play a crucial role in delivering high-quality outcomes.


Current Projects

Barry is currently leading several high-profile projects, including:

  • Retail and Commercial Developments: Providing construction administration for an adult-use marijuana retail storefront along a state highway in Grafton, MA, and another facility in a former Taylor Rental building in Mendon, MA.
  • Automotive Facilities: Serving as Project Director for a new 45,000-square-foot Hyundai dealership on Route 9 in Westborough, MA, overseeing the demolition of existing structures and the construction of a multi-level facility with parking decks for vehicle storage and display.
  • Residential and Institutional Projects: Managing the final design and permitting of a 12-unit apartment project and overseeing the construction of a 150-space parking expansion for the New England Sikh Study Circle in Westborough, MA.
  • Subdivision Development: Overseeing adherence to approved subdivision plans for 24 individual building lots and supervising stormwater management during the construction of a future church in Littleton, MA.
  • Higher Education Projects: Providing construction administration for the expansion of Tufts School of Veterinary Medicine’s Small Animal Hospital in Grafton, MA.
  • Infrastructure Improvements: Coordinating utility design and construction oversight for a 650-linear-foot common driveway serving six dwellings in Northborough, MA, and presenting stormwater treatment designs for a two-family dwelling to local planning boards.
